Staff is very bad enoying hospitality zero use bad words about me they stopped me after payment clear & said me stop once we chk my bed sheet if there is any stain that will be changeable

Staff was polite and humble. Room was neat and clean .It was great experience staying at hotel Imperia suites Hospitality was execellent. Everyone there seemed to be very happy to serve you.

Personally i didn't like the hotel even though they don't have the smart tv in their rooms and my hairs are colored and due to this some colors stain into the towel and for that they charge an extra amount. Next time i will never prefer this hotel.

I stayed at hotel imperia suites in jalandher on 27th november 2024. It was really clean and comfortable, checkin was smooth and they have complementary valley parking. It was overall very good experience. Thanks.

Pathetic service, unhygienic, non cooperative & unprofessional staff. Never recommended, must look for another hotel instead of this.
